Abstract

The recruitment is a way that could attract the attention of the community especially productive age to apply to the company that is in need of new employees with various conditions in order to support the human resources company that plays an important role in increasing the productivity of the company. But there are elements that are able to affect the recruitment process so that has backfired to effectiveness in filtering the officer that uphold the quality and quantity of human resources planning and that the relationship with the source and method of its implementation. This research located at General company BULOG regional division East Javawith the purpose to see how the effectiveness of recruitment along with the factors that support capable of affecting the recruitment process in General company BULOG regional division East Java. With the focus of the research is influenced by the results of the interview which gradually, deep observation, and documents to support the strengthening of data in this research and with descriptive qualitative method for demonstrates its overall get description to accurately research object.
