UPAYA PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DI PUSKESMAS CANDI SIDOARJO

Abstract

The health status will be worse in poor communities, which is four times greater. The purpose of Improving Public Health in Candi Sidoarjo PHC is to determine what steps should be done to improve the public health and to know also the factors that support and hinder the efforts to improve public health services at the health center. Improving Community Health Service in Puskesmas temple done by revamping performan (Health Services Officer), through the letter box, the receptionis to facilitate patient when queuing, formed a one-stop service, the development of programs of innovation, improve human resources. The final conclusion obtained is that the Measures to Improve Public Health Service is important, and primary health care is a strategic unit to support the establishment of community health status changes toward optimal health improvement.
