Abstract

Establish good relations with foreign companies that foster cooperation in the furniture business, the necessary confidence that the product quality and the quality of cooperation that had been going on a long stay in touch with the good. The important role of employee performance and organizational communication is one way that can provide solutions to resolve these problems. This study aims to: (1) Description of organizational communication patterns (communication from the top down, bottom-up communication, horizontal communication) CV. Airlangga Mebelindo Design; (2) factors - factors that can be an indicator of improving employee performance in CV. Airlangga Mebelindo Design. The research menthod used in this research is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach.The results of the study are (1) organizational communication patterns (which consists of topdown, bottom-up communication, horizontal communication) in CV. Airlangga Mebelindo Design is still not going well in improving employee performance. (2) the lack of discipline is not applied UMK workers and government employees in wages, lack of rewards for employees achievers. Advice can be given on the results of these studies to the company (a) Always improve organizational communication more effective both from the leadership of the employee, or the employee with the employee, so it does not reoccur misunderstanding that will have an impact on the company; (b) Require the performance appraisal employees and rewards to employees who excel so that employees are motivated and able to improve its performan.
