AKTIVITAS CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DALAM MENINGKATKAN IMAGE PT TELKOM DIVRE V JATIM MELALUI PROGRAM BLC (BROADBAND LEARNING CENTER)

Abstract

Increasingly tight competitions is a major challenge for a company. As a biggest and most complete InfoCom company in Indonesia. PT Telkom should be able to increase the image and the existence of its produc in community. One of the effort made by PT Telkom is trough CSR activities, and one of CSR activities of PT Telkom is Broadband Learning Center (BLC) program. In this study will be assessed CSR activities of PT Telkom increase corporate image through BLC program. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, the data obtained through interviewers and analyzed according to the theory there. This study use the theory of Establishment Image. From the analysis of the data it is concluded that, 1) CSR activities PT Telkom increasing corporate image through program Broadband Learning Center (BLC) considered sucsessful visit of four indicators measuring image, they are: Believe, Reality, Coorporation of mutual benefit, and the awareness. 2) In the realization of BLC program, no limiting factor finded from PT Telkom, but there is a litle obstacle from BLC participant wich have finded the solutions.
