PARTISIPASI POLITIK PEREMPUAN PADA MASYARAKAT PEDESAAN

Abstract

Indonesian state clearly follow and implement constitutional democracy , it can be found in the 1945 Constitution explicitly states therein and principles stated in the explanation of the system of government and state . ( Marlan Budiardjo : 1990) Judging from the language dimension syllogism " participation " is a translation of the English term ' participation ' and according to the Indonesian language is thus taking part . Political consciousness to this day is still manifested in various forms of community participation . In the context of the communities in the District Karanggeneng , forms of political consciousness can be described as a form of individual psychology of society as a whole in which the selection of activities, political development and diversion . Geographical location in the District Karanggeneng Lamongan is a geographical region located in the lowland sea height 0.240 mm . Based on sea level altitude of 0.240 mm , a height from sea level is one type of activity determinants of the population, therefore, is one of the determinants of land zoned for business , where the height of the role of rural areas in the district Karanggeneng not covering areas with an altitude up to 1500m from sea level to the rural areas in the district Karanggeneng more lowland . The low political participation of women in the District Karanggeneng not only because women faults per se, but there are some obstacles and constraints therein besifat both internally and externally where the barrier until now there has been no fundamental change in order to achieve an increase of women in all levels. Political Participation of Women in public office district level ( District of Karanggeneng) concluded that women's participation in the process is very weak even impressed no one , apart from the absence of the opportunity given by the government to the village women also lack the willingness owned by women themselves , because they was already satisfied with existing conditions , in public office district level ( District of Karanggeneng ) is not in accordance with Act No. 10 of 2008 related to government instructions on the participation of women with a quota of 30 % . Judging from the number of devices Karanggeneng village in the district , of which amounted to a total of 141 devices were supposed to be 42 village women only 12 women who hold public office Karanggeneng villages in the district . So from a number of existing devices , which have a quota set by the government which should be 30 % , only 9 % met.
