Abstract

In a government agency or state-owned enterprises, media has a very important role in the communication process. As one of the major agencies in Indonesia in conveying such information to employees using the internal media Media Pertamina. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the effectiveness of the internal media of PT Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Retail Marketing Region V in an effort to effectively socialization the program activities to internal public? The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The subjects used were employee of PT Pertamina (Persero) Retail Fuel Marketing Region V area Balinus Java. Data presentation techniques that are used to draw conclusions through an analysis of the theory S-M-C-R-E data collection and interviewing techniques. Research conducted has obtained a conclusion that Media Pertamina in an effort to socialization program activities on internal public is less effective. In this study the researchers found there were other internal media that can be accessed by employees of PT Pertamina (Persero)
