UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN SIDOARJO PASCA BADAN LAYANAN UMUM DAERAH (BLUD)

Abstract

This research was conducted as the birth of the regulation of the Public Service Board that aims to improve health services to the community which is an important thing and the demands of the service recipient, with the Public Service Board regulatory region is expected to provide the flexibility of financial management based on the principles of economic and productivity and application of sound business practices. What researchers are taken in Sidoarjo District General Hospital. Formulation of the problem in this research effort is How Sidoarjo District General Hospital to improve the quality of service after a change of status to BLUD and quality of care hospitals How Sidoarjo Post a BLUD status change. The purpose of this study was to assess the efforts made in improving the quality of Sidoarjo hospital services as well as assessing the factors driving and inhibiting. The subject of this research is the Head of Planning and Head of Medical and Non-Medical Support of Sidoarjo District General Hospital located at the Majapahit No. 667 Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach that aims to be more research conducted in-depth, and can understand the real issues in the field. The results of this study indicate that hospitals Sidoarjo has increased both in providing quality services to the community and quality. Efforts made by the hospitals Sidoarjo includes employee training and education efforts, the Acquisition and Development of Hospital facilities and infrastructure, system repair and service procedures. While indicators of improved quality of care seen from the service recipient satisfaction, attitudes and behavior of service providers, processes and procedures quickly and accurately as well as effective and time efficient.
