Abstract

Strategy of BKKBN Representatives of East Java Province in Realizing Two-Child Program is
Enough. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the strategy of the BKKBN representative
of East Java Province in realizing the two children program enough? And what factors have become the
obstacles carried out by the East Java Provincial BKKBN in realizing a two-child program enough ?.
The method used in this research is qualitative method
Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that, based on the results of
interviews and observations that have been made, it can be explained that the strategy carried out by the
BKKBN, is to increase access and quality family planning services that are equitable in the National
Health Insurance system, Increase the understanding of adolescents about reproductive health and
preparation of family life, Strengthening advocacy and IEC on family planning and reproductive health
in all regions, Organizing and strengthening and enhancing the institutional capacity of population and
family planning in the regions, and increasing the availability and quality of population data and
information that is adequate, accurate and timely.
