Abstract

The financial sector as part of supporting the country's economy has an important task in
supporting the economic activities of the poor so that they can continue to carry out their activities, the
right of everyone to have access and full services from financial institutions in a timely, comfortable,
informative, and affordable manner, with respect full of dignity and value, PT. BRI (Persero), Tbk.
Kacab Madiun is a branch office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. His job is to carry out all
the orders set by the central office and provide banking product services, including being the manager of
BRIlink for the Madiun area. The purpose of this study is to describe the sustainability of BRIlink
services, to describe the obstacles that exist in the application of BRIlink PT. BRI (Persero) and the
successful implementation of PT BRIlink. BRI (Persero), Tbk. Madiun Kacab. The low level of service
and the geographical condition of the Madiun area that is not reached by access to banking services is a
limiting factor, there are many obstacles in implementing BRIlink so that users and agents can improve
their quality of life because of the ease of service of BRIlink, PT. BRI (Persero), Tbk. Kacab Madiun
often evaluates the implementation of BRIlink, as well as minimizing obstacles and increasing training
in the use of EDC machines.
