Abstract

This study aims to see how the implementation of the KPKAS program in supporting child protection in
Surabaya. This research use qualitative research methods with a systematic analysis of testing stages of
the results of interviews, field notes and other data in order to increase understanding. This research has
results of KPKAS Program has supported the implementation of child protection. Support and
inhibiting factors faced are the lack of human resources. The strategy to deal with the problem of the
KPKAS program in supporting the Organization of Child Protection. This program will be implemented
in stages and in a continuous . In the following year, all activities carried out in previous years were still
carried out with one more agenda added namely strengthening the program in a sustainable manne.
