Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the Kinerjapegawai of
Bhayangkara hospital H.S. Samsoeri Mertojoso The purpose of this research is to know the impact of the
work environment, and work stress on the performance of employees using a qualitative approach. The
subject of this study is an employee at Bhayangkara Hospital H.S. Samsoeri Mertojoso with a total of 20
people
The method of research conducted is qualitative method through interview approach will examine
the object of study and conduct direct interaction with the information, the location of the research is the
hospital Bhayangkara H.S. Samsoeri Mertojoso.
The results of this study showed that: 1) the role of work environment performance of employees. 2)
Its HR related working environment to employees ' performance at Bhayangkara Hospital H.S. Samsoeri
Mertojoso. 3) Influence of work environment results on employee performance which includes work
discipline and whether the overall impact on the employee performance of Bhayangkara hospital H.S.
Samsoeri Mertojoso. The implications of this research are the cleanliness and observer of the workspace
so that the task given by the employees are well done and expected by the motivation of work will increase
the passion and spirit of the employee in an organization.
