IMPLEMENTASI KOMUNIKASI PERSUASIF HUMAS BPJS KESEHATAN SIDOARJO DALAM SOSIALISASI PROGRAM JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL

Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan (Health Social Security Organizing Agency) is a Public Legal Entity that is
directly responsible to the President and has the task of organizing National Health Insurance for all
Indonesian people. With the implementation of the public health insurance program through the
National Health Insurance (JKN) for individual health and new presidential regulations related to
efforts to achieve the target of 95% of participants in 2019. So descriptive research through this
qualitative approach was carried out with the aim of knowing the implemenetation strategy Public
Relations BPJS Sidoarjo in socializing the JKN program.
Through the stages of interviews and observations with this 2-month research period, you can
directly find out the activities carried out by the BPJS Kesehatan of Public Relations in Sidoarjo. The
researcher gives conclusions from the results of the research, namely the strategy that is carried out in
addition to distributing brochures, holding events etc. BPJS Kesehatan of Public Relations in Sidoarjo
also conducts emotional persuasive communication to JKN participants and prospective participants
when conducting socialization, to minimize misunderstandings and apply understanding of accurate
information.
