Abstract

PT.Pertamina (Persero) is one of state owned company which is responsible to manage oil and gas
mining in Indonesia to be used as products and motor vehicle fuel from time to time gas stations have
good image in consumers eyes, se gas stations often receive various appreciation. But at this time
Pertamina gas stations are experiencing competition with imported gas stations, stations must be
expected SPBU Pasti Prima still get a positive image in the eyes of the public.
For the results of research that has been carried out, can be concluded that external relations
activities in building image SPBU Pasti Prima program to attract consumers interest, good relations with
the pers, goverment, owners, and consumers are very helpful in building positive image for gas stations,
in building image of SPBU Pasti Prima program there is model of public relations communication very
suitable for application in building.
