OPTIMALISASI PENGELOLAAN TATA NASKAH DINAS ELEKTRONIK (TNDE) UNTUK MENUNJANG TATA ADMINISTRASI YANG BAIK PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

Electronic Government is the effort of organizing the government based (using) electronics in order to improve the quality of public services effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to find out how Optimalization of Electronic Service Document Management (TNDE) at the Office of Communications and Informatics of East Java Province, the obstacles in the management of TNDE and how to overcome these obstacles. This research uses Richardus Eko Indrajit (2006) theory about the implementation of e-Government indicator. The basis of this research is qualitative with the type of research descriptively. The techniques used in data collection are in-depth interviews and documentation.
Then the data and interview results obtained are analyzed descriptively qualitative. The conclusion is Optimizing the Management of Electronic Service Document (TNDE) at the Office of Communications and Informatics East Java province has not run properly and optimally. So the recommendation in this research is the Office of Communications and Informatics of East Java Province can maximize TNDE system, especially the mail archiving on TNDE web, in addition to the development of Human Resources is also needed so that employees can utilize TNDE maximally, and remain consistent on the paradigm change that exist for the performance of the Administration in terms of correspondence to be more effective and efficient.
