EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR DISPENDUKCAPIL IN PROVIDING PUBLIC SERVICES IN SAMPANG DISTRICT
Abstract
The success of an organization to realize and achieve an organizational goal is inseparable from the role and share of employee behavior itself. Human behavior according to Thoha (2005: 29) is the existence or share of apparatus in developing behavior according to attitude and action in carrying out public service duty to realize demand requirement and satisfaction of society. The purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of employees Dispendukcapil in providing public services in Sampang Regency and the factors that influence it.
The research method used is qualitative and data analysis techniques used are descriptive. Data collection is done by interview and documentation. From the results of research that has been done, the authors conclude that the behavior of employees Dispendukcapil in providing public services is still incidental, employees still discriminate and less responsive to the needs of society and the level of discipline of employees is still low. In addition, the behavior of employees Dispendukcapil in providing services is influenced by ability, education, experience, needs (both financial needs, social and psychological) and work environment.
