PENERAPAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PROGRAM KEMITRAAN PADA MITRA BINAAN PT. PERTAMINA (PERSERO) REGION V (LIMA) DALAM MENINGKATKAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

One of the bussiness activities representing social responsibility in society of PT. Pertamina (Partner) Region V (five) is to take social responsibility of the partnership program. Partnership Program (PP) is a program that is coordinated by the function of CSR & SMEPP or known as PKBL in PT. Pertamina (Partner) Region V (five). It shows social responsibility of the company towards the increase of small business in order to become firm. PT. Pertamina (Partner) Region V (five) presents leading partner companies as a form of implementation of social responsibility regarding partnership program to improve people's welfare and mutual understanding in realizing positive image of the company.
Descriptive study is used by the writer through qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consist of Staff Function Section CSR & SMEPP and the leading Partner of "Source of Relief Fiber Calligraphy". Data collection techniques were conducted using in-depth interviews and observations. Firstly, the writer investigate the data to get an understanding of the focus of analysis. Secondly, the writer takes a conclusion of general understanding based on the reality.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of social responsibility of partnership program in PT. Pertamina (Partner) Region V (Five) In Improving Corporate Image is considered successful by using the image establishment which are; a a set of impression, beliefs, and attitude. It is also adapted by the implementation of Triple Buttom Line and Formation Image Theory (Methode Circle Public Relations Programming and Communication). The writer concluded that there are few difficulties, however, the best results to make mutually beneficial cooperation is successfully achieved.
