Abstract

The strategy used by PT Superindo Utama Corporation (Aquase) is with excellent service. The purpose of the excellent service itself is to maintain the company image. Implementation of this excellent service strategy is one of access to maintain good relationship of company with customer so that company get positive image. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of excellent service to maintain company image in PT Superindo Utama Corporation (Aquase). This research uses qualitative descriptive approach by searching and arranging systematically data obtained from interviews, observations, field notes with the subject of research that is the head of marketing and marketing. Customer stability in aquase shows positive aquase image in pursuing excellent service strategy to maintain the company's image that has been running for six months, many get a positive response from customers. Excellent service, quick marketing response and more attention to customers with better expectations. Corporate image in the eyes of customers and more and more positive response from customers.
