Abstract

This study aims to find out the Implementation of Inclusive Education Policy for Children with Special Needs in SDN Kompek Kenjeran II 506 Surabaya which is focused on inclusion class. The method used is qualitative and using the technique of research data with interview and documentation. The informants used in this study were the Headmaster, ABK Educator, Ward of ABK Student ABK is an Indonesian citizen who is entitled to education. Inclusive education is an education that combines ABK students with normal students to get the same education. The results of research in the implementation of inclusive education at SDN Komplek Kenjeran II / 506 Surabaya began to be implemented in the year 2008/2009 with the decreasing decision letter from the Education Office No.420 / 3296 / 436.5.6 / 2008. From the period of 2008 - 2016 inclusive education has been well implemented proven from the national final examination data at SDN Komplek Kenjeran II / 506 Surabaya in the academic year 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 can graduate 10 students ABK
