SISTEM KEARSIPAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KECAMATAN KARANGPILANG SURABAYA

Abstract

Stable / fine archival system cannot be worked yet, if employment factor is unsuitable or lack of attention with archival filing system which favored to applied. Speaking about human factor in archival field, how they can cooperate, how they work enthusiast to reach the goal, whose work or what encouraged them, what skill they possessed, achievement for work result, all those matters is the main sources in archival system. This research applied qualitative research method with data collecting technique such as interview, documentation, and literature. Research result can be conclude that KarangPilang sub-district Surabaya has conventionalbased archive system whereas its storage still very simple and there is no archivist who commissioning those archives.
