Abstract

In the world of the press, a production process of course has a plan, program strategy, production processes, execution and evaluation are established and run jointly by all the work team. This is done as production activities undertaken by a working team of the division as well as the production program to make the program as a quality program for the public. As more and more media are emerging today, as problems arise now is how to implement the
strategy of a media production of a television program of interest in order to gain public interest .. From the research that has been conducted, it can be deduced that: the production process show program "Music Lyric" in SBO TV made by the production team to do some of the stages of production, starting with the stages of planning, execution and evaluation program. This is also supported by the performance of a team that uses elements of strategic management and the concept of SWOT to examine and identify any weaknesses and strengths of products broadcasts or programs of competitors, in order to establish the program "Music Lyric" into a successful program, qualified, and beneficial to the public.
