Abstract

Given the importance of health, East Java Provincial Health Office as the organizer of the State in the field of health largely responsible to the public to provide information openly health problems. The purpose of this study to describe the activities of the Public Relations East Java Provincial Health Office in the Implementation of the Public Health Information Disclosure East Java and assess their constraints experienced PR East Java Provincial Health Office in implementing KIP and solutions taken. In a study conducted in East Java Provincial Health Office, the author uses descriptive method kualitatif.Teknik data collection used interview, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the activities of Public Relations East Java Provincial Health Office in the implementation of public information disclosure is socialization, press conference coverage, and serving applicant informasi.Upaya done for the sake of PR Terimplementasikannya KIP legislation that cooperating denganPejabat Information and Documentation , PR constraints experienced by East Java Provincial Health Office are constraints of time and there are those who abuse the NGO Act had taken KIP.Solusi is communicated well with the parties concerned and returned to the Freedom of Information Law and SOP.
