Abstract

Cooperative service role PLN employees "Rukun Makmur" in order to improve the welfare of employees is a cooperative service provided by all employees in a cooperative effort to improve the welfare of its members. Good service and quality of service that is fast, fun, does not contain any errors, follow the procedure that has been set. In Law 13/2003 provides an understanding of employee benefits, which is a fulfillment of the needs and or requirements that are physical and spiritual, both inside and outside the employment relationship, which directly or indirectly enhance work productivity in a working environment that is safe and healthy. Where Kopkar PLN "Rukun Makmur" has programs adapted that may be useful or support in order to improve the lives of the members or their lives, the programs of the cooperative is to save or invest in Kopkar PLN "Rukun Makmur" where to save and invest in this cooperative, the members of each month will receive services or flowers or operating results obtained from Kopkar PLN "Rukun Makmur" according to the value of deposits or savings that are stored in the cooperative.
