IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN UU No.24 TAHUN 2011 TENTANG PROGRAM BPJS KESEHATAN DI KELURAHAN KUREKSARI WARU SIDOARJO

Abstract

 This study was conducted to determine whether the policy of the Act No. 24 of 2011 can be implemented either by the implementor (BPJS) Health in Sub Kureksari Sidoarjo, to know the constraints in implementasian policy of Act No. 24 of 2011 and to determine the effort made BPJS in the Village Kureksari Sidoarjo in resolving the existing constraints.Data analysis technique used is descriptive method with qualitative analysis. Implementation of the policy is an activity or activities undertaken by the policy implementation for the achievement of the objectives set out in policy decisions. Executing the policy is a body of social security (BPJS) formed to organize the national social security system (Navigation) in the field of health in this community residents in the Village Kureksari Sidoarjo.
